Cancellation & Modification Policy

Because 3Dartee products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed. Please review the following terms carefully.

1. Two-hour request window

Requests to cancel or modify an order, including changes to the delivery address, size, style, color, or personalization, must be submitted within 2 hours of the order being placed.

2. Modifications

Modification requests made within the 2-hour window do not carry a modification fee, but they are not complete until confirmed by 3Dartee. After 2 hours, production may already have started and modifications are not guaranteed. Once an order has been dispatched, no address, product, or personalization changes can be made.

3. Cancellations within 2 hours

A cancellation completed within the 2-hour window is subject to a 5% administrative, payment-processing, and transaction fee calculated on the total order value.

4. Cancellations after production begins

After the 2-hour window, cancellation is not guaranteed. If 3Dartee exceptionally approves a cancellation while the order is already being processed or produced, a 35% processing and production fee applies to the total order value, including shipping. Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch.

5. How to submit a request

Email info@3dartee.com and include the order number and the exact cancellation or modification requested. A request is effective only after 3Dartee confirms that it has been completed.

6. Acceptance of terms

Placing an order confirms acceptance of this Cancellation & Modification Policy.
